We are a dynamic & inclusive school providing a welcoming learning environment at the heart of the local community. We are looking to appoint highly motivated individual who will be enthusiastic about becoming part of our hard-working team and provide our children with a lifelong love for learning through a mixture of creative curriculum and a variety of learning experiences.
The main purpose of the role is to support the work of teaching staff and to assist in implementing pre-planned learning objectives with individuals or small groups, in and out of the classroom. Some of our children have complex additional learning needs and require 1:1 support and plans are adapted to cater for their needs.
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who:-

As a key member of our school office team, you will play a central role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of the school. This varied and rewarding role includes:
- Acting as a first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff, and visitors — providing a warm, professional welcome.
- Managing accurate pupil records and maintaining school data systems.
- Supporting finance procedures, including processing orders, invoices, and budget tracking.
- Overseeing attendance and admissions processes, ensuring compliance and timely reporting.
- Assisting with a wide range of administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, and event coordination.
- Supporting premises-related administration, including contractor coordination, compliance checks, and scheduling.
- Managing calendars and ensuring effective diary planning for key staff and school activities.
- Upholding confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times.
This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
