Vision and Values

Our Values for 2026

Our values belong to all of us. Over the past six months, we have listened carefully to the voices of our children, staff, governors, families and wider community to think about what makes our school special and, importantly, what we want for every child who is part of it.

Through this consultation, we have created our new values for 2026. They reflect the people we want our children to become, the way we want everyone to feel in our school, and the high aspirations we hold for every member of our community.

Our values guide how we learn, how we behave, how we treat one another and how we grow. They are not simply words on a wall. They are something we want to see, hear and feel every day.

Together We Are Soaring High is more than our mantra. It captures our belief that when children, families, staff and our community work together, everyone can achieve more. We celebrate individuality, encourage courage and ambition, support one another through challenges and take pride in every step of progress.
